"Following a call for help that went out to all members of a local Photography group for recommendations for local plumbers to come to my rescue, initially to shut off an overflow pipe in the loft which was pouring continuously, I had several plumbers come and assess the situation and all gave similar prognoses, which ultimately involved removing the very old boiler and installing a new combi boiler. However, not all were sure about having enough time to make the repairs and installation ASAP as this would require the mains supply to be turned off and, of course, no heating or water for drinking and washing. Joe from Complete Heat said that they could undertake the work on the following Thursday and Friday, and he assured me that he wouldn’t let me down, which I believed. True to his word, Joe and Ronnie arrived about 8:30 on Thursday, having picked up some supplies on the way to my house. The two plumbers set to work, with Joe working on the removal of the ancient boiler and Ronnie removing the old pipework in the loft and airing cupboard. Both were very hard workers, and they had a very professional and friendly manner, regularly asking me if I was okay. On the second day, Joe concentrated on removing the old boiler and installing the new combi boiler. Everything went to plan, and all work, including clearing up any mess, was completed by 5:00 on Friday, and as Joe said, they didn’t let me down. I am a seventy-two-year-old living alone with Parkinson’s, which can make me vulnerable, but I found both plumbers to be very friendly, constantly asking if I was okay and reassuring me. I can highly recommend them for their friendly, professional manner and obvious professional skills."

"Joe and his colleague did a complete bathroom remodel, took out old toilet, bede and sink and fitted a toilet with Maserator, shower tray and cubicle and new sink.
He organised the carpenter, electrician and sourced the right sized sink and shower as it was a small bathroom to start with. Joe maximised space and did the job to a high spec.
I have since used Joe @ Complete Heat to change a washing machine fitting to stop a leak after I knocked it loose.
He has also come out to help me plumb in my kitchen tap.
I trust him and his team in my house, would happily give him a key to gain access if I wasn't in.
